I'm going to be giving a talk at the upcoming Producer's Conference of Wisconsin Community Media.
I'm currently working on a Roku channel associated with Wis.Community, which will be a place for Wisconsin Community Media groups of all stripes to upload their video and have it watchable on their Roku boxes on the new Wisconsin Channel. The channel is currently in development and we're working on makign it flexible and well-behaved. I expect it will become available on Roku boxes as a public channel some time in May. Right at the moment we're looking for folks who are interestedin contributing content and working on how this will all work. If that sounds like you, get in touch!

Steve is a member of LION Publishers , the Wisconsin Newspaper Association, the Menomonie Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Local Media Consortium, is active in Health Dunn Right, and is vice-president of the League of Women Voters of the Greater Chippewa Valley.
He has been a computer guy most of his life but has published a political blog, a discussion website, and now Eye On Dunn County.
