The city of Menomonie has announced that the Wakanda Waterpark will not open for the 2020 season due to the pandemic and financial concerns that it could not be operated without a great loss while still protecting people using the waterpark.
Passes that have been already purchased for the park for this season will be refunded automatically.

Steve is a member of LION Publishers , the Wisconsin Newspaper Association, the Menomonie Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Local Media Consortium, is active in Health Dunn Right, and is vice-president of the League of Women Voters of the Greater Chippewa Valley
