As of Feb. 1 over 2800 COVID-19 shots have been given to Dunn County residents, and 885 have been given to people over the age of 65. The Dunn County Health Department asks you to only make a single appointment for your vaccination when you become eligible.
This is the appointment information for the major health providers in the county:
? Advent Health in Durand: You do not need to have a doctor at Advent Health to receive the
COVID-19 vaccine; you just have to be on the waiting list. To get on the waiting list you can
call Durand Clinic North at 715-672-5981 or Durand Clinic South at 715-672-5233
? Marshfield Clinic: To be added to the waitlist at Marshfield Clinic, go this link to verify your
eligibility. You may also call this number to be put on the waitlist, 877-998-0880.

? Mayo Clinic: If you are currently a patient with Mayo Clinic, you will receive a vaccination
appointment invitation as soon as you are eligible. These invitations will be sent out via mail or
through the Online Patient Services Account. If you don’t have an account, you can create one

There are some important Do’s & Don’ts to remember:
DO make your appointment online! Keep the phone lines open for folks without internet access.
DO make sure you can get your second dose! You must be available 21-28 days later for the second
dose of your vaccine.
DO be patient! Clinics schedule appointments based upon vaccine that is received from the State.
Clinics are told how much vaccine they will get the Friday before the shot clinic. There is more
demand than supply right now and many clinics get much less than they asked for.
DON’T schedule multiple appointments with lots of clinics! Scheduling more than one appointment
may cause some doses to be wasted if clinics cannot fill the appointment just-in-time.
