a. Blasting Permit Application from Applied Energies, LLC for Estover Terrace Project – discussion and possible motion approving.
The council approved blasting taking place from 9am-5pm on weekdays. It is expected the blasting will end within 5-9 business days. Members Erdman, Yonko, and Schlough voted against the blasting. It is expected that allowing the blasting will allow the project to be finished much sooner and to lower the amount of ripping and hammering being done at the site.
b. Lookout Road Right-of-Way Dedication – discussion and possible motion approving.
c. TID #18 Creation and Maintenance Task Order with Cedar Corporation – discussion and possible motion approving.
d. Proposed Energy Innovation Grant Program (EIGP) acceptance – discussion and possible motion to authorize implementation of the grant.
e. Appointments to Boards/Commissions – discussion and possible motions approving:
i. Parking Utility – Lowell Prange ii. Historic Preservation Commission – Christopher Johnson
