Pledge of Allegiance
1. Roll Call
All in attendance except Mayor Knaack. Mary Solberg chaired the meeting.
2. Approval of Minutes
Minutes were approved by voice vote.
3. Public Comments
Speaker on Let's Paint the Town - The Dweebs will perform along with the Luddington Guard Band. There will be games and activities for a family-oriented event. Attendance is free.
Katy Baier spoke on behalf of the Farmer's Market.

a. Special Event Request for The bEAT Concert – discussion and possible action.
Staff recommends approval. The concert was approved by voice vote contingent on an insurance certificate.
b. Special Event Request for Lets Paint The Town, Inc. – discussion and possible action.
The request for Let's Paint The Town was approved contingent on insurance coverage. The Farmer's Market will use both of the shelters until 12 Noon that day.
c. Special Event Request for Menomonie Farmers Market, Inc. – discussion and possible action.
There is a resolution this year to do a long-term agreement for purposes of future planning. Conditions include a certificate of insurance, The picnic tables will now be moved by the Farmer's Market rather than city staff. Trash will be removed by the market and put in the dumpster. The storage room must be kept locked for the security of equipment for the Ludington Guard Band.
Staff recommends passage of the resolution. The resolution was approved by voice vote.
d. Mayoral Appointments to Boards and Commissions – discussion and possible action.
i. Lisa Frank, Parking Utility (renewal)
ii. Dennis Kropp, Board of Appeals (renewal)
The renewals of these appointments were approved by voice vote.
5. Budget Transfers
There were none.

7. Communications and Miscellaneous Business
The election is tomorrow for DPI Superintendent.
8. Claims
The standard claims list was approved unanimously by roll call.
9. Licenses
a. Normal license list – discussion and possible action.
There was a revised license list, adding Triangle Antiques and Gamequest. The revised list was approved.
10. Adjourn
Meeting was adjourned at 7:26 PM.
