County Highway B update

Stage 3 of the CTH B project from STH 12/29 to Packer Dr. will be implemented starting Friday, August 2, 2024. Traffic will be switched to the newly constructed NB lanes with bi-directional traffic. The railroad crossing north of the intersection at Badger Dr./628th Ave is anticipated to be open as well with this stage. The intersection of CTH B/Badger Dr. will remain a two-way stop condition until traffic signals can be installed later this fall. Please pay close attention when approaching this intersection due to the complexity and congestion with semi-truck traffic utilizing this intersection. Please be aware that the railroad signals are operational, and all laws apply when utilizing this railroad crossing. The removal and construction of the SB lanes will start shortly and is anticipated to take up to 2-3 months for completion.
