There is lots of security news for your windows computer today. First off, Microsoft has released their January 2020 patch bundle, and you really want to install this one. It features a serious patch to a cryptographic library that is considered a very exploitable vulnerability. Get patching.
Also - yesterday Windows 7 fell off of the list of supported operating systems at Microsoft. So if you are still running on Windows 7, it's time to bite the bullet and upgrade your computer. Yes, it will be a little painful, and it takes quite a while, and you may very well end up needing to pay for the upgrade. Also, starting today your Windows 7 computer is going to start nagging you. Nagging you big-time. It's time to take the plunge.
