So it's the tech week from - er - heck here. Beyond the normal pile of slightly-unexpected tech issues, at the moment our VPS supplier tells us they're having some internet stability into our data center. I've noticed a few periods when we've dropped off the web, which has made life interesting. Add that to the fact that I had to fix 2 different laptops this week, power outages in the area, and a quick drop into the deep freeze starting tonight, it's been quite a week.

Be careful  out there for the next few nights. As the big red banner at the top of the site keeps insisting, we're having a wind-chill warning. And this is a Wisconsin-size freeze. Take  care of your family and your pets. And as a reminder, times like this are horrible for the homeless in the area. If you can, think about donating some money to one of the local community groups helping the homeless, like Stepping Stones.
