Join Kerri for an evening of Intuitive Herbalism to connect with the luminous and enigmatic Mugwort, a plant deeply woven into the tapestry of folklore and feminine wisdom.
Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) carries the silver-lined signature of the moon on its leaves. It is a plant of thresholds, dreams, and intuition--a true herb of the wise Crone who sees not just what is, but what could be. In this season of turning inward, Mugwort calls us to embrace the silver linings found in reflection, release, and the quiet dark.
Mugwort has a reputation as a powerful dream herb, but is it merely a tool for vivid dreams, or is it a guide for lucid living? Join us in Intuitive Herbalism and we will find out together...
Utilizing several modalities to engage our intuition--such as breathwork, visualization, and other meditative techniques--we will sit in communion with Mugwort to gain personal insights and connect with her energy.
FYI: Generally, very small doses (or just simply sitting in the presence) of a plant are needed to feel its energy and to connect with it intuitively, so you can safely explore its dreamy nature while remaining fully present for our session.
Beginners and experienced folks BOTH welcome! This intuitive session is a great entry-point to herbalism AND a valuable skill to deepen your existing plant practice.
Feeling the call to walk a moonlit path of intuition? Then... this workshop is for YOU.
Please join us for a unique experience to learn about Mugwort's plant personality and be amazed by its correlating medicinal properties.

Peter Phippen, a Projekt Records Recording Artist, is a 53rd Grammy Awards nominee, an International Acoustic Music Awards nominee, and a 2021 Native American-Style Flute Awards Lifetime Achievement Awards winner. He is widely respected for his ability to master a variety of antique and contemporary traditional flutes. Peter's use of these instruments in contemporary music settings helps bridge the gap between ancient and modern sounds, making his music both timeless and innovative. Phippen's work often explores the intersection of spirituality, nature, and human emotion, creating a sound world that is both introspective and deeply meditative. His background in traditional and contemporary global and world music, combined with a profound understanding of the cultural significance of these instruments, allows him to respect their traditional roots while pushing the boundaries of their expressive potential. Peter Phippen's albums often feature solo flute compositions, but he also collaborates with various musicians from around the world. This blending of cultures and musical traditions, along with his sensitive playing, creates a unique sound that speaks to listeners on a deep, emotional level.
The sounds of his [Phippen's] solo flute improvisations are at once mysterious, graceful, refined, and captivating, the sound surrounding the listener like a warm blanket on a cold starlit night from the top of a precipice, the waves of shimmering sonic beauty wafting across the sky. - Peter Thelen, Exposรฉ Online

Spend a fun evening at Brewery Nรธnic. You can get a great meal with Chef Stacy starting at 5pm before the event. Eat, drink and mingle with romance author Lyla Davis after 6pm. Book talk and signing starts at 7pm. The best type of book club.
Lyla's Latest Book:
The Santa Scheme
He's all badge and bah humbug.
She's glitter, giggles, and holiday chaos.
When Holly Ridge's newest police chief, Aaron Reynolds, pulls over the town's most festive music teacher, he's expecting a reckless driver--not a feisty Christmas fanatic in a cherry-red vintage truck.
Ava Caldwell lives for twinkle lights and Christmas carols. She's lived in Holly Ridge her entire life and is annoyed by the grumpy cop the universe seems to keep throwing into her path, despite her best efforts to avoid him.
With a little help from Ava's scheming grandma Millie--and a suspiciously well-informed Santa--this town's about to get a dash of holiday magic, a sprinkle of unexpected romance, and maybe even a grumpy cop who opens his heart to love and believe in Christmas again.
These two opposites don't just attract, they crash like reindeer in a snowstorm.
Warning: Contains flannel, frosting, and one very sneaky and persistant matchmaking grandma.
