Dunn County: New Harm Reduction Public Health Kiosk

Dunn County Wisconsin, July 11, 2024 – The Dunn County Health Department now has a harm reduction kiosk available for the public located inside the front door. This free, self-serve kiosk contains items such as Naloxone, fentanyl test strips, gun locks, hygiene kits, and medication disposal bags.

The Dunn County Highway Department is scheduled to perform sealcoat applications on various roadways starting July 8 – July 18. The roadways will be open to traffic during the application process with flagging operations & pilot vehicles being utilized for traffic control.

The Dunn County Sheriff's office would like to remind all county ATV/UTV riders that the recently  passed ordinance allows ATV traffic on most roads in the county with some exceptions, as shown on this map.

Menomonie Fire rescues dog from well

Last evening, Menomonie Fire was called to rescue a dog that had fallen into a 30-foot deep, 3-foot wide dry well in the Town of Menomonie.
