Calling all kids and families! Fly down to Chippewa Valley Museum on Monday, October 13 for some monstrously good family time, complete with pizza for dinner (while supplies last). Activities include bat presentations in the Bat Cave, superhero bingo, monster- and bat-inspired crafts, and a scavenger hunt.

Monster Monday includes admission to America's Monsters, Superheroes, and Villains: Our Culture at Play exhibit, activities, and complimentary pizza (while supplies last). Online sales close at 6pm the day of the show. If you missed the window for online sales, just arrive to pay at the door. There are no extra fees. The show is not- we repeat - NOT SOLD OUT unless there is a specific announcement stating so. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE RESTAURANT TO INQUIRE ABOUT TICKETS ON THE DAY OF THE SHOW.
The Plus is a full service bar and restaurant. Our main performance space is in a different room than our bar. Food is available in the main room from one of our servers or by ordering at the bar. Drinks are available for the 21+ crowd.
These tickets are for seating in the venue. Seating is first come, first serve.
This husband and wife duo have been performing together since 2011, however, they aren't your run of the mill acoustic act. Covers, Comedy & Cuss words is the bands mantra. Songs you know and love, just with an adult twist.

Upper Midwest Trombone Summit, October 12, 2025
Gather with fellow trombonists in Haas Fine Arts Center for the 11th Upper Midwest Trombone Summit. Every year we have multiple guest artists come to this event to share their talent. Not only will you get to practice and perform with various ensembles, you'll also get to experience vendor instrument exhibits and breakout sessions with visiting faculty.
If you or your high school student are interested in participating in this event, please contact Dr. Ostrander. Music will be emailed to you and you should plan to bring a lunch or try one of the restaurants close to campus.
Interested in playing in the massed trombone ensemble? All trombonists are certainly welcome! Please come to a brief rehearsal before the concert.

Join us for our Fall Car Show on Oct 12th! The show runs from 9:00 to 2:00 and is located in the parking lot outside Bowman Hall. We'll have a class for every style, including Euro, Asian, American, Classic ('79 or older), Truck, Bikes, Unique, and Best of Show! We will also be holding a Pipe Rap Exhaust Competition. Vehicle entry will be $10, and spectating is free. We'll have food and drinks for sale, and we will have music throughout the day!

Poor Man's Ridge is a group of consummate musician's specializing in a wide variety of covers and some originals. He's a regular performer with the Pacific and Pasadena Symphonies, the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra, and the Los Angeles Opera.
